Anti-Sandbagging Policy
To ensure fair play and protect the integrity of the Parluxe League, the following handicap rules and safeguards apply:
Handicap Requirements
New Players: Must have a minimum of 3 completed 18-hole rounds in TrackMan before the league begins to establish a valid handicap. (We recommend 5 rounds for best accuracy.)
Returning Players:Â Handicap will be based on their existing TrackMan profile history.
Maximum Handicap Caps:Â 28 for men, 36 for women (aligned with USGA/TrackMan standards).
Season Rules
Handicaps are locked to the player’s assigned flight at the start of the league:
Flight A (0–16 handicap)
Flight B (17+ handicap)
Players may not switch flights mid-season.
League administrators reserve the right to adjust a player’s handicap mid-season if scoring patterns are significantly outside normal variance.
Finals Safeguard
Top 4 players from each flight advance to Finals Week (Week 11).
Finals are played as handicap-adjusted net stroke play, head-to-head.
This format ensures that any player who artificially inflated a handicap will be at a clear disadvantage under pressure, reducing the likelihood of unfair wins.
Zero-Tolerance
Parluxe Indoor Golf reserves the right to review and disqualify any player found to be deliberately manipulating scores or handicaps.
All rulings by league administrators are final.
This policy reassures serious golfers that the league is competitive and fair — while deterring anyone tempted to game the system.
General Rules
- Vacations? No problem, play a couple of rounds back to back to make up for the week(s) you expect to miss.
- You will be required to use the Trackman app for logging into the Tournament each week. It's simple and easy to use and you won't need to remember your password each time as you can simply scan the QR code to automatically sign you in. (Requires Trackman Account Setup)
- Handicapping is established virtually through trackman as the system will evaluate every round you play in the tournament and automatically adjust your virtual handicap each round. If you are new to Trackman, no worries please schedule at least three 18-hole rounds before the start of your league session so that the system can establish a baseline handicap based on those sessions. Call us if you need assistance.
- Trackman handicap will be used to establish each flight prior to the first round. Flight A HCP 0–16 & Flight B HCP 17+
- We will report weekly results and season standings each week.
- For weekly prizes, rounds must be completed within 7 days of the round start date (ie before the start of the next weekly round) to qualify for the weekly contests.
- For those who have signed up but have never played on a golf simulator before, we strongly suggest you book a few sessions beforehand to familiarize yourself with the system and to get used to playing in a simulator.
- Expect that 18 holes will take the average golfer about 60 mins to complete if playing individually. If your playing with a group that is not a league member please ensure you are the only one signing into the tournament and sign in the others as a "guest" but not logged into trackman.
- Weekly rounds can be played at any time 7 days a week.
Further Instructions will be provided in the welcome email after registration.
- League memberships cannot be combined with any other offers.
- Included bay rentals are semi-private only.
- All sales are final and non-refundable.
- League participants can use a maximum of two 1-hour semi-private bay rentals per week.
- Unused bay rental time expires 5 days after the end of each league.
- League membership is non-transferable and must be used by the registered participant only.
