You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and a separate email with your access key. (Please check spam folder to ensure you don’t miss our notifications)

When you arrive, press any key to “wake up” your computer; the projector will be on.  The projector will turn off at the end of your session.  Feel free to book extra time to extend your session if there is availability or you can switch to an available bay.

Unfortunately you must bring your own rental clubs to play at Parluxe Golf.

For non members you can book upto 7 days in advance (14 days for members)

Cancellation period is upto 24 hours prior to the start of your booking, at which point, bookings are final and no refunds are permitted. No refunds for no-shows either.  Otherwise, your initial confirmation email should have a link to allow you to change or cancel your booking.  If not please email your cancellation request to info@parluxegolf.com with the subject line: Cancellation request.  Copy of booking confirmation email must be included.

Each bay will have balls and tee cones for the driver.  Please check underneath the screen if there appears to be no tees as they typically get stuck behind the screen.

We are mainly an unstaffed facility, however we aim to have bar staff available at certain days/times of the week.

The system is automated to shut off if there is no booking. In order to keep playing, find availability and book another session online within 10 minutes of your session expiring.
